www.bmw55 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is suspected in connection with the deposit.

Withdrawal requests at www.bmw55 are subject to the following conditions:

• Identity Verification (KYC): Before processing your first withdrawal, or at any time where www.bmw55 deems it necessary, you may be required to submit government-issued identification and proof of ownership of your registered payment method.
• Withdrawal to Registered Method: Withdrawals will be processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account held in your own name.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 hours. VIP Elite account holders receive priority processing.
• Bonus Wagering Requirements: Any active bonus balance must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before the corresponding funds become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completion of wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
